グイガチャ（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重します。本アプリは、個人を特定できる情報を一切収集・送信しません。
本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報・連絡先などの個人情報を収集しません。アカウント登録もありません。
本アプリは、アプリの設定や利用状況（例：選択中のモード、飲酒注意への同意状態、プレイ回数などの統計）を、利用者の端末内のみ（iOS の標準保存領域 SharedPreferences / UserDefaults）に保存します。
本アプリは、いかなる情報も第三者に提供せず、外部サーバーへ送信しません。
本アプリは飲酒に関する内容を含むため、20歳以上の方の利用を想定しています。20歳未満の飲酒は法律で禁止されています。
本アプリは、カメラ・マイク・位置情報・連絡先・写真などの端末権限を要求しません。
本ポリシーは、必要に応じて改定することがあります。改定時はアプリのアップデートまたは本ページにて告知します。

The App stores app settings and usage data (e.g., selected mode, acceptance of the drinking-safety notice, play counts) only on your device (iOS SharedPreferences / UserDefaults).
The App does not share any information with third parties and does not send data to any server.
Because the App contains alcohol-related content, it is intended for users aged 20 or older. Underage drinking is prohibited by law.
The App requests no device permissions (camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, etc.).
